I found a small problem with the extra's disk from 1.3.
But i don't know if i just have a bad copy.

There is a file on the extra disk called ToPCCopy, but its file
size is 0. Is this an error or shoulnd't this file just not be there.
Note: the manual describes that it should be there.

Sorry if this questions was already asked.

Any help will be apreciated.
