I often read comments in this group concerning the high cost of ram chips.
There seems to be a desire by many users to add extra memory to their Amiga,
but the $8.00-$10.00 per chip puts a damper on this. For those frustrated
souls, this FOR SALE announcement should be of interest.

I have a fairly large (but limited) quantity of 256k x 1, 100 ns. rams for
sale. These are brand new, premium quality, Japanese made chips. So far, out
of over 300 of them, I have yet to have a bad one. I prefer to only sell
them in groups of 16 (512k) however. The prices are:

             $90.00 for 16    plus $3.00 shipping/insurance  UPS
             $175.00 for 32    "   $3.50     "        "       "
             $255.00 for 48    "   $4.00     "        "       "

For anyone understandably cautious, I am an authorized Commodore Service
Center and have been in business 8 yrs. at same location. However, I am
