	I need to have a GIMMEZEROZERO and bordered window to render
in.  However, the default system borders are too large.  I want borders
of one pixel on each size ofthe window.  I haven't found a system
call to accomplish the above.  Do I need to mess around with the
offsets in the viewport that desribes that window?  Is there a more
Intuition compatible way to accomplish the above?  Thanks. 
	Personal replies would be preferable due to a sporatic news feed.
