Question about the note synthesizer.  I know absolutely NOTHING about
instruments and the information needed for the data structure.  I
can set up a instrument which does not exist in the world of music, and
play notes.  How can a find a list of the data structures for different
instruments, without turning to a life of music?  Has anyone seen a list
of different instruments to stuff in the instrument data structure
around anywhere?  I do have a piano instrument from "Programming the
Apple IIGS in C an Assembly Language" by Mark Andrews - Howard Sams.
