I have seen references recently of an AppleFest in September, but according to a newsletter that I recieve from Apple (for Developers) called Appledirect, there will not be an AppleFest in September. On the back outside cover it has a list of all the Trade Shows and Events that will be Apple oriented this year (actually I did not know there were so many), and this is what it says pertaining to Macworld Expos and AppleFests: 1/19-1/22 Macworld Expo San Francisco 4/25-4/28 Macworld Expo Washington, D.C. 5/6-5/8 AppleFest Boston 8/11-8/13 Macworld Expo Boston Well looking at this it is quite obvious that there is NO AppleFest planned for September, in fact the only thing that is close is a Macworld Expo. What gives, last year they had two AppleFests and two Macworlds, and this year Macworld is stealing a spot that AppleFest should have held. I also notice that only one of those 'Fests/Worlds' is on the west coast (which is where I happen to live) and all the rest are on the east coast.
