Subject: Problems with Laser C 1.1 Shell

Hi,

* A friend of mine, Jose Acu:a Rubio, has just bought Laser C V. 1.1,
  and has found that when running the Shell on a 1040ST with Spanish
  TOS 0.19, if he tries to 'Run Other' program (or just compile/link/run
  the one he's editing), the Laser C Shell doesn't take back control
  after completion of the external program, and the ST hangs.
* This problem doesn't appear on a Mega with Spanish TOS 0.19; he
  tried this out at the dealer where he bought the program;
  the people there told us that, at least, the
  TOS ROM chips are not the same, and cannot be installed
  on a 1040 (I think the TOS itself is not the same, either:
  one is dated 06/1986 and Mega's one is from 05/88).

- Is this a problem of Spanish TOS 0.19 ?
- Is it solved in the latest (V. 2.01 I think) Laser C release ?

* He's written to Megamax, but, you know, here at Spain, mail to USA
  is very slow (he's still waiting for the upgrade kit info he asked
  for when he sent his registration card)
