This is to announce the beginning of the 4 week voting period
for the newsgroup comp.virus.  Voting will begin today, Monday
March 27, 1989 and will continue through Sunday, April 23, 1989.

To vote for the creation of the group, include the word "YES"
in the mail header or in the message body.  To vote against the
creation of the group, include the word "NO".

Weekly updates of the votes received will be posted in the
