Does anyone know the pinout on an Amdek 732 monitor?  We're using it with
the Paradise EGA480 and it didn't come with a converter cable.  Is there 
such a thing?  The vendor who sold us both items claims that they can't
find it.  It only took them three weeks to get around to telling us.
