We have an ethernetwork and use TCP/IP. The server uses Xenix V/386 and my PC MS-Windows/386, MS-DOS 3.3 and PC-Interface for communications over the network. A postscript printer and a HP laserjet series II are connected to the server. When I want to print to the postscript printer, MS-Windows tells me after some time that the printer is not connected. Printing to the HP Laserjet is no problem. When I connect the postscript printer directly to the serial port there is no problem. Exactly the same problem was reported by another department, only the use a 3B2 as a server with Unix system V.3. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance! Arnold Reinders
