I have used a 60MB Everex drive, and their software for tape drives on DOS is
excellent - I backed up 57MB on a Compaq 386/20 and it took me only about an
hour and a half. They also have compatible software for Xenix and 386/ix,
though the Xenix version doesn't seem to be very good.

I am in no way related to Compaq or any other tape maunfacturer.
