I just purchased an EPSON LQ500 printer and have tried to
get some of the special printing to work but haven't had any
success.  I have called the dealer and they didn't know either.
The printer manual describes two features called OUTLINE and
SHADOW, but they don't explain how to get this feature.  The
command summary in the manual does not reference any commands
either.  The dealer thought I had to purchase a special font
or it might be a soft font but couldn't give a solid answer.
Anyone have any experience with the LQ500?  I need help.
