I ordered a el-cheapo 20m miniscribe from them, and the RLL controller turned out to be incompatible with my ancient Kaypro 16-2. (personal machine, not office) They gave me no hassle whatsoever about returning the by now shopworn kit for full credit on a MFM Seagate. (no, NOT a st-225, a st-125 3.5. really like it so far.) Only caveat I would make is that the long hours described in their Shopper ads are for the order desk ONLY, all the other numbers seem to go home rather early and at erratic times. And the credit-card credit slip took 5 weeks, but they said they were in the middle of a move at the time. Would order again, happily. Space. I wanna go.
