Burglars learn how to burgle in prison. Thus, if books on burglary did not explain exactly how a house is bruglarized, law-abiding citizens would be ignorant of the measures required to protect themselves from burglary. Same goes for virii - hackers worthy of the title can create their own viruses (if this wasn't the case, then where did the first virus come from???) and any information posted can only serve to inform the "moral" majority of computerdom.
