I'm posting this for a friend, but if interested, reply to me.

Compaq LapTop forsale. Its a great deal.
Retail is $5399, plus DOS 3.31 for 120 bucks, and tax
would be about $386,......TOTAL of $5905. 

I will sell it for $2950. Full warranty included, etc.

                               3.6 Norton Disk Index (scorching!)
                               25 millisecond ave seek time
                               (try finding another laptop w/that)

                               1.44 Mg floppy (3.5")

                               640x480 pixel graphics supported
                               in 16 shades of gray.

                               4 hr run time on battery, 1.5 hour
                               quick recharge (most laptops 8hrs)

There is no way you could buy a desktop with these features for
$3k, much less something that can be taken anywhere with or without
power.  Unit weighs 14 lbs.

Again, only $2950!!!
