I just bought a fully Hayes Compatible 2400 bps internal modem for my PC,
for $85.00 from Digital One, in Mentor, OH.  The modem is made by CPI.  
I saw the ad in the back of computer shopper magazine.  The modem came 
with the software communication package, PROCOMM, two phone jacks,
and a 6 foot phone cord with modular connectors.  It works fine.
