  Can anyone tell me if there is a way to avoid this nastiness that
occurs whenever this Fountain AT at work scrolls?  The screen flashes -
or blinks off - for a tiny fraction of a second.  It's annoying as hell
to look at.  Is there a way to get it to stop?
