Need some advice on emulators:

Very soon me and a co-worker are going to begin debugging
a 68020 based board and we need a buy/rent an easy-to-use (but still
useful) emulator. We have lots of PC's and Towers and a few Sun's
that could serve as a host.  If you have any suggestions as to a 
good development tool I sure would appreciate some suggestions.
