Most people said that their software is reasonably flexible. However, these people also said that their disks gave out high pitch noises after running for a while. Some of these people's disks either crashed or broken down. Is there anyone out there that owned a LaCie hard disk for more than a year and don't have any of the above problems ? Did anyone successfully fixed the high pitch problem once and for all ? Seems like Rodime, Segate, and Quantum are the three most reliable brands. Am I right ? -Dan. Chan
