     There have been several postings of good/bad experiences
with these drives, however, WHICH one are you all talking about?
(i.e. Are the Quantums acting noisy or just the others?)
As I remember, the LaCie models go:
31 Meg     ????  
40 Meg     Seagate?
70 Meg     Seagate?
40 Meg     Quantum  19 -=> 12 ms
80 Meg     Quantum  19 -=> 12 ms
Can anyone tell me which models are noisy?
