I saw an article in Computer World from the last two months or so that
says that anyone who bought an LQ from Aug to Dec of last year can get
it replaced *for free* with Apple's replacement version.  I cut it out
for a friend at work, who hadn't been contacted by anyone.  Is the
story true?  Is the story well-known?  Is the story old news?
