In the interest of providing a useful tool for viewing the
UMPG documentation, and giving a common theme to the disparate topics
of the documentation itself, how about we combine both efforts and
build a tool that uses the features we want to document - and that tool
would be a document editor/viewer.  

Perhaps it should be a tool like the Help Compiler that can be used to
document itself and other programs.

I also recommed we build the application on TransSkel and thoroughly
document how TransSkel functions as a customizable main event loop.

Do we have a working mailing list yet?
