Well, I would hope that no one has posted the developer's price list,
as it is marked "confidential", and would be a direct violation of
the  agreement with Apple Developer Services and developers.
(At least that's what MY agreement said...)

...but then, there surely must be at least _one_ Apple Partner (nee
Certified Developer) at Pixar, right?
