I finally thought, what the hell, why not go ahead and order ResEdit and documentation (and some other stuff) from APDA ... sure, it's probably not the most cost-effective way to get this stuff but at least I'll get it. Would you believe there's a 3-week shipping delay for ResEdit??? They say they're "out of it." I'll say.
