Has anyone tried to compile the CAP software on a NeXT machine in an
Ethernet network with Kinetics FastPath?  I am interested in mounting
an OD as an AppleShare volume so people with Macs can use it for
back-up but I am having trouble compiling the source for CAP,
particularly the afppacks.c file for the afp library.
