I've been advised by the system administrator at gpu.utcs.toronto.edu that
the public domain version of ksh I mentioned is no longer available for
anonymous ftp.  I've asked the author of this ksh to comment on when and
where it might be available at some point in the future and hope he
responds and enlightens sun-spot readers.  I apologize for the incorrect
information I provided earlier.
