A new and slightly improved version of my 
patches to Transcript 2.1 psdit.c is now
available.

A couple bugs are fixed, and the accuracy is 
considerably improved.

Also, a stab at a proper DESC file for postscript
devices is provided. /C/A/T's away!!!!
