In the TeX environment outside of BibTeX/LaTeX, what do people find
useful in organizing their reference lists for text processing? (awk
scripts? specially written programs? TeX macros?)

	Mail if you think there's not much interest in this (or it's
already been hashed out). I'll summarize and post if there is
sufficient interest.
