Does anyone know if there are any magazines or newsletters 
for Windows users or developers ?

For instance, when I bought WordPerfect, I found out the WordPerfect people
offered a free magazine. In turn, they passed on my name to another outfit 
who prints a desk top publishing  magazine, etc.
