If Brad has not already posted the list of voters to news.groups
and news.admin, and rhf, he should.  Anyone listed incorrectly,
or anyone not listed who voted, should then have three days in
which to complain -- in one or more of those groups.  Brad should
then rectify any problems.  That will make certain the 
*accuracy* of the vote.

As for the *validity*, in the statistical sense -- since when
does an election require that?  However, to ensure that netters
not subscribing to rhf can vote, Brad should let everyone know
how to email him with a vote.
