Unlab would consist of 5 people drawn from a pool. Each month, the oldest member of the board (the chair) would rotate off and a new person would rotate on. Nobody would control the board or be able to stay on it for long. -- Brad Templeton, Looking Glass Software Ltd. -- Waterloo, Ontario 519/884-7473 /* End of text from sts:news.admin */ Question: how will the pool be selected? I assume that whoever is interested can be in it and the selection will be a random process, but I've learned many times "obvious" assumptions can be wrong. ================================================================== Roy Bixler | UUCP: ...!{claris,sun}!sts!roy | Semiconductor Test Solutions | Internet: sts!roy@Sun.COM | 4101 Burton Dr. | phones: (408) 727-2885 x132 (work)| Santa Clara, CA 95054 | (408) 289-1035 (home)| ==================================================================
