What made Chuq's 'guidelines' such effective satire is what's
also frightening/depressing about it:  the fact that his
style, while meant satirically, is *exactly* the way the
politicians of the two tax-subsidized parties speak.  They're
always foisting new restrictions and regulations on us
while proclaiming themselves to be protecting/enhancing our
liberties.  

Good job, Chuq.  Sobering, but skillful.
