Use a good mail program such as Elm 2.2 (which is being released to the
sources group today or tomorrow).  It hides all of the headers unless
you want to see them.

You don't want to do this since if there is a problem the headers are
the only way to figure out what the problem is and where it might have
occurred.  These lines are the audit trail necessary to figure out
everything that has been done to the poor message.
