Note Onet should consider reducing the cost for end nodes to $1K-$5K, based on the size of the organization. Almost all the revenue from end nodes could be put into improving the backbone links, and with 10-20 new nodes you could probably upgrade the backbone links from 19.2K to 56K/sec. Everyone would benefit from that.
