I noticed that broadcast radio and TV stations east of the Mississippi river
have Wxxx and west have Kxxx.  Why doesn't the FCC issue Nxxx calls to
broadcast stations?  And AAxx-AKxx calls?  (I could imagine a rock station
with the call NERD :-) )
