Hi,

I need a couple of light activated SCR's (LASCR) for a small project.
Trouble is, the local electronic supply houses I tried don't know
anything about them.  I found Motorola and GE part numbers for them
but they are apparently out of production since neither company knows
about them.  (They are: Motorola's: MRD 920, and GE's: L8B or L9B.)

Any pointers will be appreciated

(BTW.  The GE number came from "General Electric Solid State
Optoelectronics" catalog but GE says they sold out this whole division.)
