They have enough launchers at different stages of assembly that diverting one and launching a spare re-entry capsule on it would at least be feasible. It would also be a big propaganda victory for the soviets. Even more so when they produce the bill. Five tickets at $10 Million each.... Plus service charge... Plus callout fee... Bob.
