   A few years ago, I saw a book having something to do with the Hemlock 
Society (written by a member ?? an official handbook ??).
   I didn't look closely at it then, and don't recall the title, author,
publsiher, or other information which might help to track down a copy.
   Ideally, I'd like to have a closer look at this book and perhaps order
a copy. Any information (author, title, publisher, source (preferably local))
would be useful.
