Not that I fully agree with either John or Kevin arguments but there is a
very good article in the "Report on Business" in 
the Friday, March 17'th issue of the Globe and Mail about
the mismanagement of Health care money with particular emphasis on
Hospitals.  I think many of the same arguments also hold for the
Educational system and Universities.
