Re-the recent requests for imformation on proprietary isolation
methods for DNA binding proteins.

I have not used it myself but, PROMEGA offer an affinity purification
system along the lines that Gayle Burns suggests called "Gene regulator
Affinity binding" (GRAB), Cat. No. J1001. There is also a reference:
