System 'telly', located in Brampton, is taking public-access memberships
at $60 per year. This includes

- mail (we have Internet/Bitnet/CDNnet/ARPA forwarders to telly.on.ca)

- news (all groups except binaries, but including pubnet, biz, gnu, alt)

- some private news groups not publicly distributed, with industry news.

There will also be a limited number of callers per phone line.
