Hi netters,
I'm looking for publications and conference proceedings dealing with
the aplication of AI techniques to Information Retrieval. 

And am also interested in knowing about US and Canadian universities that
do active research in the application of AI techniques to Information 
Retrieval (Expert systems, Machine Learning, NLP etc.)
