Broad St Athens, GA 30602 (404)-542-3265 The last information that I have indicates that CLIPS is free to Govenment Agencies and is available to others for a fee. I'm not sure how accurate this information is, as it is approx. 1 year old, so contact them to be sure. (I work for the Government, so we were able to get the free copy:-) Duane L.
