You can send email to him: Al Lester : alester@uga.bitnet (assuming you have a mailer which understands domains). COSMIC needs to get a demand. But they can't just mail or use anonymous FTP due to technology trade restrictions placed on it (and I am afraid AI shells is one of those technologies). CLIPS is relatively cheap: $200 on an IBM PC disk, documenattion is $54. Written in C. I can OCR the description if you want it.
