I recently downloaded the VMiX OS from Simtel20 and am now experiencing
several problems.
When I try to *exec* a DOS command, the system freezes.  

I am running it on a 286 machine under PC-DOS 4.01.  Could this version
of DOS be causing the problem?
(I haven't tested it under DOS 3.3 because my hard disk is formatted as 
 a single 41 Mbyte partition under fdisk and is therefore unrecognized by
 DOS 3.3)
