As bad as some areas of AT&T practise and service have been (& having lived on the inside for much of my career, I can attest to it), you really do not know what you will miss until it is gone: - IN Mexico they _will_ their telephones; new connects take 7-10 years in some areas. - In France up to 1 in 3 local calls go astray.
