	I now have internet access from one of the machines I maintain. 
Therefore, the current MicroEMACS release (3.10) is available for
anonymous download from midas.mgmt.purdue.edu (128.210.1.3).  I will
post all full and intrim versions there as they are available.

	PLEASE RESTRICT YOUR FTP ATTEMPTS TO 5pm thru 8am!

Also notice the change in my arpa address below.  I will forward mail
from the old address for a while, but please change to using the below
