Does anyone out there have or know of:

	1) The full Targa file specification (ie: exactly what it writes to 
	   disk, so I could write a conversion utility myself)
or
	2) A public domain (or cheap!) conversion utlity to convert
	   AT&T Targa files (.TGA) to any other format - like GIF or
	   PCX or TIF or anything?

If anyone has any info on this (I saw some articles about Targa before, 
but unfortunately I wasn't interested in it yet...), I would be very
