Technically, all requests for NASA software, while public domain, must go thru COSMIC at the Univ. of GA. They are not on the net, but one COSMIC person does have net access. Some handling fees might appear stiff compared to other software. If so complain to your Congressmen. They cannot satisfy requests by email. The law was written before email (export of technology restrictions).
