	We don't seem to have this proceedings available locally and she
	was wondering if anyone had another reference for it.  Or if
	anyone has Nelson Max's e-mail address.  Or if anyone has Nelson
	Max's US mail address.  Or if anyone knows how to order the above
	proceedings.
