I have obtained source for the MTV raytracer from comp.sources.unix,
but I am having trouble compiling it.  There are a couple of include files,
"sys/types" and "sys/times" which were not included.  Are these
intrinsic to unix systems?  I am attempting a port to a non unix system, 
and would appreciate someone pointing me towards these files or explaining
their absense.
